Hi there,
my name is mo, im from Germany and this is my website where I post about the (for me at least) interesting things I come across on my journey.
I started early in my life with computers and have done lots of different things with them.
When I first started with getting into games and coding it was in a time where Windows 2000 was THE THING before XP came and rolled all over the world.
Nights spent in the IRC and forums for different topics ranging from psp homebrew coding over gamehacking concepts and exploits to making youtube videos and stuff like that.
I never earned money from what I did. Kinda sad but for me its just for the knowledge and the sake of fiddling around with new thins that interest me. Sometimes its malware analysis and re-doing what I learned while disassembling it or just from time to time like in this very moment where im typing this into this void – I do game design and try to create my own games.
In the past I always wanted to be that guy who created game from scratch – pure nothingness just a coding language ands years of work.
Nope. Ive attempted to create my own before I even had a real concept or idea that I could hold onto. It would have taken ages before I eventually learned my lesson and drowned that ego in me.
Then I started using ready to use engines and created really tons of games but always just prototypes.
Ive made some in game maker 8 then later in Studio and now I look at the current game maker and I don’t get it anymore honestly.
Construct Classic was always a good Tool in my eyes, construct 2 was crazy back then but I always missed the native small exports for windows that classic had, construct 2 used html5 and you could just use a wrapper to embed your game html files into a windows runnable file system.
Construct 3 is crazy good but it lacks some magic for me.. Anyways I will create some stuff now in that version.
So this page will become the place for my “creations”, thank you for reading all of this shit, means a lot to me when you actually did it.
Thanks.
We will see where this goes.
